Not being critical, however shouldn’t that read “10% for the big guy” for every barrel you buy? I know it didn’t start under Biden, but it ramped up after he was installed. Looks like Biden was benefiting even when he was VP.
I thought we had established who the 10% is for. Biden benefited from it his entire career. in one form or fashion. As do (and did) all his cohorts in the Senate (and House but I didn’t have all day)
