Kind and generous people go to West Baltimore to pick up the trash thrown out in the streets and alleys by the West Baltimorons themselves, who quite obviously did not make much effort to clean things up on their own.
The local paper then wrote a snide op-ed on the volunteers work, suggesting the effort only served to perpetuate some silly notion that the residents of poor neighborhoods aren’t able or willing to clean up their own messes themselves.
(Also, All White People are Criminal Terrorists with Racist Sauce, fresh Misogynist Berries and hand-picked Homophobic Sprinkles. They didn’t say that, that’s just the new rule. I’m only pointing it out for those who haven’t kept up on the current events.)

I’d bet that racist sauce isn’t vegan either. The sad part of this picture is what the area will look like again in a month. Mom was right, you can’t help those that won’t even help themselves.
Hell, it took almost sixty years for the “great society” to build those poverty plantations, and to drive out all the genetic baby-daddies from those row houses. Now you expect to clean it up in one afternoon? LBJ is rollin’ over in his grave at the thought. Our 36th President did, after all, brag on his accomplishments as follows: “These Negroes, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. That would be the day I voluntarily clean up someone’s trash. Hey….maybe those goodie-2-shoes are working for a reservation in Valhalla ?
They arent willing. Just who do you usually see throwing trash out of the car windows. Been to a Somali neighborhood ever. Trash and s**t everywherfe. The local paper was right.
