Not my first choice but more people want Trump, so be it. Honestly he may be the best guy to withstand the lying left, at this point. They would tear Mother Teresa to shreds if she were the GOP nominee. He can dish their shit right back to them. Should be good family fun to watch – and believe it or not I’m all in this for the fun.
Good fight, Ted. Maybe next time.
Understand, I grew up in a broken home. I hated it whenever the folks started fighting. In my little bed, I’d plug my ears so I wouldn’t hear the punches landing and the groans from the pain. Dad would usually take a few dozen hard shots before he’d lose it and hoist Mom out the door for a helicopter toss into the bushes. Things would get pretty quiet at that point and I’d go to sleep. It was seriously traumatic though, I mean it. Real talk.
This one’s from the heart.
Just doesn’t sound too smart to me – calling Trump supporters low info? That they come around to support you once they become better informed? I’m not saying it is or isn’t true, as you have gained recently against Trump. But I’d have left the analysis of Why to the pundits, rather than personally shame and insult the very voters you’re trying to attract.
I think you stepped in it, Ted. And it was dumb. Hope you can walk it off.
I sure hope not. He’s the most solid conservative candidate we’ve had in years… and I’d hate to think I jinxed him with my endorsement. Like I did with the Dallas Cowboys. Sorry fans.
I haven’t seen any updates on the SC primary results, exit polls or such. So I figure it’s time to make a decision and speak out on behalf of the candidate I’d most like to see as our next President.
I Choose Cruz.
Partly because he’s a Texan, like me. Mostly because I believe he is the best equipped to successfully argue conservative principles to a nation bombarded by leftist thought via academia and the majority of the media. I believe he can articulate the merits of less government better – and with more sincere conviction – than any other candidate running. Texas sent him to Washington for this reason and he has not let us down. I do trust Ted and I think he will make a fantastic President all Americans will be proud of.
This is not a knock on Donald Trump. There are many things I admire about Trump. I do believe he has a good heart and would work earnestly as President to do right by America. If he wins the nomination, I will run to vote for him. But first choice is Cruz.
I hope this isn’t the Kiss of Death.
