This scene was cut from the movie, along with the follow up enhancement surgery and the love scene with all the motorboating. All were saved for the planned sequel “Monster Sluts From Mars” which was delayed by WW2 and forgotten thereafter A real shame.

This photo shows Elsa (the Bride) without the Monster XLT FunBags upgrade – which never appeared in the film
